Mistake #5: Relying on “Dr. Google” or YouTube for exercises that didn’t make any difference (or maybe even made your shoulder pain and neck pain worse!)
Mistake #6: Getting relaxing massages to temporarily relieve the pain, or trying the same rotator cuff exercise protocol given to anyone with a shoulder problem... only to find it comes back after the massage wears off, and the pain either stays the same or keeps getting worse!
